About Karin Clarke
Emotional & Energetic Healing for Women in the Aftermath of Loss
I’m not here to fix you.
I'm here to walk with you through the fire, and into who you're becoming.
This Work Didn’t Start in a Textbook
It Started in the Rubble.
In a few years’ time, I lost my business. I lost my marriage.
And then, I lost my son.
There’s no manual for that kind of devastation.
No guidebook for who you’re supposed to be when the life you built and loved no longer exists.
You don’t bounce back from something like that. You break down.
You question everything. And if you're supported and honest, you rebuild from the inside out.
That’s what I did. That’s what I help other women do now.
My Approach
Healing isn’t about going back to who you were. It’s about becoming someone who can hold what you’ve lived through, without losing yourself in it.
Whether you’re grieving a loved one, a marriage, a role, or a version of yourself that no longer fits, you deserve more than just coping.
You deserve a life that feels true, grounded, and connected.
This work meets you in the middle of the mess, with empathy, clarity, and real tools for healing at every level: emotional, energetic, and subconscious.
It’s intuitive, trauma-informed, and deeply personal.
No platitudes. No bypassing. Just space to come home to yourself.
Is This Where You Are?
You’re in the in-between. The grief. The burnout.
The identity collapse.
The part where your old life no longer fits,
and neither does the version of you that built it.
Maybe you’ve done the therapy, read the books, tried all the tools, and you still feel stuck. Maybe you’re carrying a loss that no one else can see. Maybe your nervous system is worn thin from pretending you're fine.
You’re not broken. You’re just in a part of the process that most people don’t know how to handle.
That’s where I come in.
I work with women who are self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and open-hearted, but exhausted. Women who want something deeper than mindset hacks. Women who are ready to move what they talk about can’t touch.
You don’t need to be ready. You just need to be honest about where you are.
I’ll meet you there.
What You Might Be Holding
If you're here, there's probably something inside you that hasn’t fully cleared, even if you’ve done “all the right things.”
This work is for women navigating:
Grief that feels stuck or unprocessed
Emotional exhaustion or chronic overwhelm
Identity collapse after a loss or a life transition
The quiet frustration of: “I’ve done the work, but something still feels off.”
Most of my clients have been holding it together for a long time.
They’re not new to healing, but they’re ready for something deeper.
Something that actually moves the weight they’ve been carrying.
How We’ll Work Together
This isn’t surface-level coaching. This is work that reaches into your subconscious, your nervous system, and your energy field.
Together, we address the places that often carry what your mind can’t process.
Here are some of the healing modalities and tools we use:
Grief Coaching: to navigate pain with honesty, not pressure
My RVE Process: Rupture → Void → Evolution – a map for identity healing after everything falls apart
Emotion Code® & Body Code™: to release trapped emotional energy and clear energetic imbalances
A trauma-informed, intuitive approach: so your whole story is welcome
This is where survival ends, and your next chapter begins.
What Makes This Work Safe, Deep, and Real
This work goes beyond conversation, so it matters who’s holding the space.
Here’s what I bring to every session:
Certified Grief Educator (trained by David Kessler)
Certified NLP Master Practitioner
Certified Life Coach
Certified Emotion Code & Body Code Practitioner
Certified Sacred Depths & Mind-Body Repatterning Coach
Advanced trauma-informed training
And years of lived experience with deep, personal loss
Credentials matter.
But lived experience shapes how I show up, and why my clients feel seen, safe, and supported in a way they’ve never experienced before.
What I Believe
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. Neither does healing.
You’re not “too much.” You just need a space that can hold all of you.
The real loss isn’t just what happened, it’s who you had to leave behind to survive it.
Starting over isn’t failure. It’s power.
You’re not here to go back. You’re here to become.

Let’s Take the First Step Together
You don’t have to carry this alone.
If you’re ready to begin, gently, honestly, and in a way that honors your timeline, I’d be honored to walk with you.
