The RVE Process

Healing After Loss & Identity Transformation

You’re not starting over.
You’re becoming.

If life just cracked you open…

You’re in the right place.

This isn't your typical mindset work. This isn't "think positive and move on."

This is where you go when everything that used to work… doesn't anymore.

If you're grieving a loss that reshaped your world, a person, a marriage, a career, your identity, and you don't even recognize who you are anymore…

RVE is the process to help you rebuild from the inside out.

What Is RVE?

RVE stands for Rupture → Void → Expansion.

It's the natural, unavoidable journey through deep transformation after loss or significant life change.

Whether you chose the change or it hit you like a tidal wave, there's no skipping the emotional terrain. This work walks you through it—with structure, tools, and soul.

We don't bypass.
We don't fix.
We meet the truth, process the pain, and build what comes next.

The 3 Phases of RVE

Phase 1: Rupture

The break. The identity collapse. The "What the hell just happened?"

This is where we name what's broken. We clear emotional debris, shift survival patterns, and stop pretending you're okay when you're not.

You'll experience:

  • Release of emotional heaviness and trapped grief

  • Reduced anxiety and nervous system regulation

  • Permission to acknowledge the full impact of your loss

  • Foundation for authentic healing without bypassing

Most clients come in saying, "I don't even know where to begin." That is the beginning.

Phase 2: Void

The in-between. The blank slate. The "I don't know who I am anymore."

This is where you stop forcing clarity and start listening. You learn how to sit in uncertainty, not as a punishment, but as the portal to your next self.

You'll experience:

  • Growing comfort with uncertainty

  • Reconnection with your intuition and inner wisdom

  • Reduced need to control outcomes

  • Heightened ability to be present without anxious planning

  • Freedom from old identity constraints

This phase is uncomfortable. That's the point. You're not lost. You're in process.

Phase 3: Expansion

Integration. Realignment. Reemergence as someone new.

This isn't about going back to who you were. It's about becoming who you were always meant to be, now that you've walked through the fire.

You'll experience:

  • Clarity about your new direction and purpose

  • Confidence in making decisions aligned with your authentic self

  • Renewed capacity for joy without guilt

  • Ability to honor your loss while embracing new possibilities

  • Integration of your experience into your evolving story

You'll feel the shift from surviving… to becoming.

What Makes RVE Different

Unlike traditional therapy or general life coaching, RVE combines deep emotional clearing with practical identity rebuilding tools. You won't just understand your pain, you'll actually move through it and into a new chapter.

Every part of the process is designed to take you from emotionally overwhelmed to deeply empowered, with greater self-trust, clarity, and purpose.

Done pretending they're okay.

This is for you if you're ready to reclaim your voice, power, and joy, no matter how your story began or what you've lost along the way.

Ready to Begin?

You're not broken. You're not behind.
You're in the middle of becoming.

Let's start where you are.

A Personal Note from Karin

I didn't create this process in a textbook. I lived it.

In the span of just a few years, I lost a business, a marriage, and not long after, I lost my 27-year-old son.

The world as I knew it ended, and the tools I used to rely on no longer worked.

This isn't the part where you fake it 'til you make it. This is the part where you stop pretending and finally come home to yourself.

Whatever you're going through, you don't have to walk it alone.
